Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination of the order. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate its arrival.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jogbon.com with photos of the packaging and item. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
